And this is not martial art, nor this or any other kung fu, karate, etc. if you stay in Ahimsa (no violence), nobody'll attack you, The Qi, Prana, LOVE, will protect you. but it's necessary to be right in all your life. If you're violent, somebody one day will attack you and you'll be defeated in this life or in the next lifes. (what i'm saying is for clever people only. others can stay playing like childs... ).
